We ship to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan via SF Express, included a tracking number, and for safety signature of receipt will be collected upon delivery.

 

We will be based on different countries to adjust shipping costs when you process the payment system will show all shipping cost details. We offer free express shipping to the below areas for each order amount reach on or above, details as below. Aligned Hong Kong shipping costs as HKD$35 each order, free shipping for order reach on or above HKD$399

Aligned Macau and Taiwan shipping costs as HKD$45 each order, free shipping for order reach on or above HKD$699

The amount shown on the shopping cart or checkout page shall prevail if the above shipping costs details with the check-out page any difference.

When my parcel will be dispatched after placed order?

When received full payment, we will arrange to dispatch your order in following days.

After place the order, how can I change my delivery address?

​

If you would like to change the delivery address once the order has been placed, please send a message to our CS team via WhatsApp immediately (*for text message only, phone call or our retail stores are not acceptable). Due to system issue, you are not able to change the delivery address by yourself, and the order record probably won’t show the updated address, however, our CS team are pleased to assist you.

Steps to exchange goods

• Please read the steps and policy carefully, before request an exchange. MR.COLLECTION reserves the right to reject any exchanged items that do not meet requirements. If your exchange is rejected, you will be notified via WhatsApp.

• For selected items can exchange ONCE within 5 days of receipt. *

• Please contact our CS via WhatsApp (*text message only, phone call or our retail stores are not acceptable) within 5 days of receipt, including ORDER NUMBER, YOUR NAME, and REASON to exchanges, otherwise, your exchange will be refused, it would be helpful for us if you can provide related photos.

• Exchanges take approximately 5-7 business days to process. Upon completion, an exchange confirmation message will send to you via WhatsApp.

• Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.

• If your exchange is approved, you will be notified of the goods return address via WhatsApp. All exchange items must be sent back within 3 days after receiving your WhatsApp message, otherwise, no exchange will be issued.

 

Our exchange policy

Please note that any exchanges received which do not meet our exchange policy requirements may be refused.

 

• Exchanges requests must submit within 5 days of receipt and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.  We don’t rule out the possibility not able to exchange due to out of stock, MR.COLLECTION reserves the right of final decision.

• You may request exchange selected items ONCE within 5 days of receipt. *

• Make sure all exchange products are unworn in original condition, exactly as you received them, with tag(s), accessories, seal(s) still attached. Otherwise, no exchange will be issued.

• Offending goods and overdue requests are not accepted to exchanges.

• If an item received is classified as mistaken and faulty, one or several items missing, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receipt. We are pleased to be able to assist you.

• All exchanges shipping charges to be borne by the purchaser. MR.COLLECTION will not responsible to provide a package labels or shipping cost refunds.

• Responsibility to be borne by the purchaser, once the order has been shipped.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded. 

• *Limited promotional-priced $399, $499 items are non-exchangeable.

• All items are the non-refundable basis.

• MR.COLLECTION reserves the right of final decision on any dispute and on the above rules and regulations.
